All-Inclusive Vacation Deals, Cruises and Tours

Pick the kind of trip you want to price. Each page shows what the trip includes and who it suits, and an advisor quotes it with the supplier promotions available on your dates.

How do I find all-inclusive vacation deals with a travel agent?

Give the agent four details: your travel dates or month, the number of adults and the children's ages, the destination or type of resort you want, and a budget per person. The agent compares current rates and promotions across resort brands and packages them with flights and transfers, so you see one total price. All-inclusive vacation deals usually cover the room, all meals and drinks, and most on-site activities; ask what costs extra, such as off-site excursions.

Request a Quote on Travel Agency Deals

Tell us where you want to go, your dates and who is traveling. A bilingual advisor prices the trip with the promotions available on those dates and walks you through the payment schedule before you pay anything.

Travel Agency Deals: Your Questions Answered

Is Piccola Travel a registered travel agency for vacation deals?

Yes. Piccola Travel, LLC is registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. ST45235, the registration Florida law requires of sellers of travel (Florida Statutes, section 559.928). You can verify the number with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services before you book. Our bilingual advisors quote and book all-inclusive resorts, cruises, guided tours and theme-park packages with the suppliers on your behalf, and explain the payment dates and cancellation terms before you pay.

Do Piccola Travel's vacation deals include flights from any US airport?

They can. We quote most vacation deals with or without air. With flights, the package price includes round-trip fares from the airport you choose, anywhere in the US or abroad; without flights, you book your own tickets and we match your transfers to your arrival. Cruise fares generally cover the sailing only, so we add flights and a pre-cruise hotel night when you ask. Your quote states exactly what is included before you pay.

Can I book travel agency deals with Piccola Travel in Spanish?

Yes. Your Piccola Travel advisor works with you in English or Spanish from the first quote through your trip home, and quotes, itineraries, documents and trip updates are prepared in the language you prefer. The guided tours we publish on our website travel with a Spanish-speaking guide, as each tour page states under what is included; all-inclusive resort vacations do not include a guide.

Is it cheaper to book travel deals through a travel agent or online?

Often the price is the same. Hotels, resorts, tour operators and cruise lines generally pay travel agencies a commission, so a package booked through an agency usually costs what it would cost booked direct. Airlines typically pay no commission on tickets, which is why some agencies charge a fee on flight-only bookings. What an agency adds is access to supplier promotions and package rates, plus a person who compares options and handles changes. Piccola Travel charges no service fee on vacation packages, cruises or tours; with any agency, ask for its fees in writing before you book.

When is the best time to book all-inclusive vacation deals?

Two dates shape most all-inclusive vacation deals. The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30, and many Caribbean and Mexico resorts price those months below the winter high season, which makes travel insurance worth a closer look. For Christmas, New Year's and spring break, book as early as you can, because the lowest-priced rooms sell first. Cruise deals follow their own calendar: wave season, usually January through March, is when cruise lines release many of their biggest promotions of the year.

How do I avoid vacation travel scams when booking deals?

Check three things before you pay. First, the seller: Florida requires sellers of travel to register with the state and to show their registration number in their advertising, and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services lets you look it up. Second, the offer: the Federal Trade Commission warns about trips advertised as free that then charge fees, and about discounts you cannot find anywhere else. Third, the payment: the FTC treats a request to pay by wire transfer, gift card or cryptocurrency as a red flag.

Are vacation package deals cheaper than booking separately?

They can be. A package tour sells transport and accommodation together as one product, a form of bundling that lets suppliers price the whole trip below what the hotel and flights would cost bought one by one. The difference is often largest on all-inclusive resorts, where meals and drinks are already in the price, and on multi-city trips, such as a tour through Peru and the Galapagos, where flights, hotels and transfers connect. Compare the package against the same hotel, flights and transfers priced separately, with taxes and fees included.

Do travel agents get better deals on cruises and all-inclusive resorts?

Sometimes. Cruise lines and resort brands publish most promotions to the public, but agencies can also book package and group rates that are not sold room by room, and an advisor can ask the supplier to reprice a booking when the fare drops before final payment, where the fare rules allow it. The larger saving usually comes from choosing well: the right resort, ship or cabin category for the people traveling. Compare what each price includes, not only the total.
